· 1 cup frozen mixed berries
· 1/2-3/4 cup of milk or milk substitute
· 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or any nut/seed butter of choice
· 1 teaspoon chia seeds
· 1/2 frozen banana (optional)
· 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
